Do you accept my insurance?

Yes, we work with a majority of insurance companies, although as a fee for service business we expect payment at the time your treatment is completed. Your insurance company will send reimbursement directly to you. We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards as a payment. We also offer Care Credit as a financing option. Is your office accepting new patients?

Yes, Dr. Wicks and his staff welcome new patients who are interested in developing and maintaining a healthy and beautiful smile! As a preventive based practice, we strongly encourage regularly scheduled appointments with one of our hygienists.


Do you perform extractions?

Our office does perform extractions on a limited basis. After a dental examination and X-rays, Dr. Wicks will determine if the extraction can be performed in our office or in certain circumstances you may be referred to the care of an oral surgeon.


What if I have a dental problem when the office is closed?

If you are a current patient of our office, there will always be emergency coverage provided by calling the office phone number and listening to the commands given on the answering machine.


Does your office treat children?

Yes, Dr. Wicks and his staff welcome all members of your family.


Can I get my crown done in one visit?

Yes, our office is happy to offer CEREC technology as a treatment option for patients. CEREC crowns are crowns designed in the office with the aid of a computer. For your convenience, a CEREC crown is usually completed in a couple of hours in a single visit rather than multiple appointments for a traditional crown. Dr. Wicks will determine if you are a good candidate for this type of treatment.


Does your office accept medicaid?

No, we do not accept Medicaid.
